Ms. Mackleberry's Gradebook
Ms. Mackleberry needs a new grade book. She heard about the great job you did with Professor Strongheim's grade book and wants one of her own.
Your Assignment
Create a Dynamic Web Application (do not add to an existing project!). It should allow multiple users to enter grades (0-100). Users must be able to sign in. Each user can view his or her grades only. And the average of their grades. The user must be able to edit grades as well.
Your application should allow grades to be inserted to a database table. The table should look like this:

You will need a page with the form for entering a grade. You will also need a page to show the grades entered so far. And a page for displaying the current average.
Don't over-think the assignment. Use Bootstrap to make it look nice.
